Not at all! The program starts with the basics and progresses gradually. It's designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.

I've never really worked out before. Will this be too hard for me?

Absolutely! As long as you're at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your doctor, this program is safe for both C-section and vaginal deliveries.

I had a C-section. Is this program safe for me?

The workouts are designed to be efficient, lasting only 30-40 minutes, 3 times a week. Most moms find they can squeeze them in during nap time.

I don't have much time. How will I fit this into my schedule?

FAQs

Most exercises use just your body weight. For some, you'll need light dumbbells and a resistance band, but we offer alternatives if you don't have these.

What equipment do I need?

This program is specifically designed with conditions like Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction/Prolapse in mind. We focus on proper breathing technique, alignment and progressive strengthening to support healing.
