Hey there! I'm Meg - a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist. After my own postpartum journey, I was shocked by how little real support there was.

 Everything I found either focused on aesthetics or felt completely out of touch with how raw and overwhelming those first months are.

I created Return to Fitness to be the program I wish I had — one that doesn’t ignore symptoms, doesn’t glorify bouncing back, and actually helps you feel strong again… one step at a time.

FAQs

Most exercises use just your body weight. For some, you'll need light dumbbells and a resistance band, but we offer alternatives if you don't have these.

What equipment do I need?

This program is specifically designed with conditions like Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction/Prolapse in mind. We focus on proper breathing technique, alignment and progressive strengthening to support healing.
