Hi, I'm Megan! As a certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist AND a mom who's navigated two pregnancies and postpartum recoveries myself, I understand firsthand how the right movement can transform your motherhood experience.
My approach combines evidence-based exercise science with real-world understanding of the pregnant and postpartum body - because you deserve better than generic workout programs that don't address YOUR specific needs!

A: Any unused weeks can be transferred to postpartum recovery training.
Q: How will you know what's safe for my body?
A: Through our initial assessment, weekly form checks, and ongoing communication, I'll create a program specifically designed for your unique needs and symptoms.
Q: I'm not very consistent with workouts. Is this still for me?
A: Absolutely! Building consistency is part of what coaching provides - you don't need to be "good at it" before we start. That's literally what I'm here for.
Q: I'm not sure if 1:1 coaching is for me. Do you have any other resources?
A: I offer free discovery calls so we chat together to determine together if this is the program for you (I'll be 100% honest if I think it's the right fit!) If it's not, I do have other programs to support you throughout your pregnancy & postpartum journey.
