Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’ve navigated two pregnancies, two postpartum recoveries, and all the messy middle in between. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body — and how powerful it is to rebuild strength with the right support.
