Pregnancy and postpartum is a WILD ride — and I’ve lived it firsthand (twice!)

I know how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating this chapter can be - especially when your body feels like a stranger and the “advice” out there is either outdated or just doesn’t work for you.

Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Coach, Birth doula, entrepreneur, and mom of two — on a mission to help you feel strong, seen, and supported through every season of motherhood.

Hey! I'm Meg

I believe your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences deserve so much more than cookie-cutter plans, generic advice, or “bounce back” culture.

Inside my world, every program is tailored. Every movement is evidence-based. And every person is treated with compassion.

So if you're looking for a coach who’s walked the walk, studied the science, and sees you as more than a client — you're in the right place.

Let’s redefine what strength looks like, together.

That’s the question I asked myself after having a c-section with my son in 2020. I felt weak and completely foreign in my body. I was so defeated and it seemed like I'd never feel like myself again. And couldn’t accept that this was “it”. I knew there had to be another way.

When I was 6 months postpartum, I started my certification course in prenatal and postnatal fitness so I could take matters into my own hands, and I instantly knew this was the field I wanted to work in!

In May of 2021, I quit my full-time job as a Human Resources Manager to take my business full-time and to be at home with my son. In 2023, I had a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) and it was the most empowering experience I have ever had in my life.

It is truly my passion to help women feel strong in pregnancy, empowered walking into labor and birth, and have a smooth and easy postpartum experience.

I share a lot of free content across my social media platforms, and spend the majority of my time on Instagram. It's my favorite way to connect with my community, so come on over and say hi!

This is the blanket statement we're told to cover all the awkward, uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing things that happen to our bodies during pregnancy and postpartum...

"That's what happens when you have a baby"

...but what if it doesn't have to be that way?

After my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage in 2019, my mental health tanked and I came to the hard (but necessary) decision to cut out alcohol. And I haven't looked back!

Horror movies terrify me, but hand me a psychological thriller novel and my butt will be on the couch all day devouring it. I know...it makes zero sense.
